At Golden Era, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience, including easy returns. Please review our return policy below:

Refund & Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they are shipped.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after production begins may be cancelled, but the customer will be responsible for 60% of the product price.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch under the following circumstances:

    • Incorrect or incomplete customer address.

    • Incorrect product pricing or specification listed on the Golden Era website.

    • Product unavailability.

    • In exceptional cases where manufacturer products are out of stock and no longer available for sale.

Return Information

  • Damages, discrepancies, and return requests must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery via email. The email should include your order number, name, address, product description, and the reason for the return.

  • In the case of damages, a photo of the faulty item must be provided.

  • If you wish to return a faulty item, it must be in its original condition and returned within 48 hours of receiving it.

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be refunded, exchanged, or credited towards your next order.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been mishandled, customized, or altered.

Return Guidelines

  • The item(s) must be returned with a debit note enclosed.

  • Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging.

  • We recommend returning goods via registered/insured post.

  • Golden Era is not liable for the return shipping fee.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage while the returned goods are in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method with a 4% deduction.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.
